Ontario’s oldest independent craft brewer marked a major milestone this year with Forty, a two-day festival with live music, games and, of course, an array of craft beer.
Three themed sessions each offered something a little different. We caught the 80’s Birthday Bash on Friday, September 5th, for a night of retro fun. We danced to the great throwback music from the 80s, watched people toss rubber boots into buckets or beanbags into cornholes, and enjoyed classic Welly brews

The brewery also hosted a craft beer carnival on Saturday afternoon, with Latin-inspired music, reptile show, science workshop, and plenty of local craft beers. Saturday second session Boots & Brews promised a country-themed night of music, dancing, an oyster bar and delicious craft beers.
Here’s our look at Welly’s 80’s Birthday Bash.
